Winter ‘25 Release Enhancements
Artimusâ„¢ AI
Introducing Artimus™! Revenova’s new suite of AI tools that remove manual touches and boost efficiency for users. In our Winter ‘25 release, we begin the Artimus™ rollout with two important capabilities.
Artimusâ„¢ Text to Load
Who it Helps
Is your team spending too much time building Loads? With Artimusâ„¢ Text to Load, create them with a simple natural language prompt.
Why it Helps
Whether it’s an email from a customer in your inbox with Load details or even a text entry inside the TMS, Artimus™ can read your input, interpret it, and create a Load from it without any user intervention.
Auto Create Truck Postings from Emails
Who it Helps
Are your Carrier reps spending too much time turning Carrier emails in posted trucks in Revenova? Or maybe they’re not saving Truck Postings in Revenova at all?
Why it Helps
Artimus™ reduces the amount of time it takes to build a truck posting to zero. Instead, it reads Carrier emails to understand the equipment they have available and instantly creates the record in the TMS. Tools like LaneIQ and Carrier Match help match the right capacity to Loads in the TMS but they can’t do that if the Carrier capacity isn’t recorded in Revenova. With Artimus™ AI, take full advantage of your Carrier network.
Artimusâ„¢ Model Training
Ensure Artimus™ is fully aligned with your business’s needs! If you notice that some of the generated Loads or Truck Postings aren’t as accurate as you’d like, Artimus™ training allows you to fine-tune the model for optimal performance, reducing discrepancies between Artimus’™ output and the desired result.
Why it Helps
If you notice that the Artimus™ output is incorrect, you can turn it into a Training Moment! By providing the correct data, you’re directly teaching the model to improve, ensuring more accurate results in the future.
Also, if a Load or Truck Posting doesn’t meet the confidence threshold, but the AI’s output is actually correct, it’s an opportunity to boost the model’s confidence. By confirming the correct action, you’re helping the model become more confident and accurate over time. Think of it as teaching the AI to trust its instincts.
Comdata Fuel Cards (Pre-Production)
Create and manage fuel cards with the integration with Comdata. The integration supports both limit and balance type fuel cards. Both OnRoad and Proprietary cards are supported.
Fuel cards may be assigned to either a Truck or Fleet Asset and/or a Driver.
See additional information for the Comdata Fuel Card integration here.
The FuelCardTransactionsJob is no longer available and is replaced by the FuelCardJob.
Fuel card advances and transactions may be included when processing Driver or Fleet Asset Pay in the Revenova PayIQ package.
Lane Preferences
Allow customers and Carriers to create Lane Preference records to indicate a preference for a Lane. The Lane Preferences Manager component may be added to both Customer and Carrier Portals to allow each to create these records.
Carrier Preferences
Improve Carrier engagement with Lane Preferences. Capture the lanes that Carriers like to run without having to record actual posted trucks.
Create lasting relationships with Carriers by re-engaging with them on lanes they like to run.
Customer Preferences
Drive customer satisfaction by keeping track of the Carriers they like to use on specific lanes.
Help customer reps choose the right Carrier for their customers by adding preferences for the best and brightest in your capacity network.
Lane Preferences appear when finding Carriers in the Carrier Match LWC and on the Carrier Quote List.
Matching Customer Lane Preferences with Carrier Services appear on the Carrier Quote builder with the new Preferred Lane pill.

Fleet Status
The Fleet Load Status Pending Final value is enhanced for additional functionality.
The Fleet Load Status Pending Final status signals that the Load was delivered, and is ready for review to ensure all documentation was turned in. When reviewed, the Load may be finaled-out and sent to billing. This was previously managed on the Load. The Fleet Load Status now flows all the way through Trip Plans and can be managed from the Fleet Management Console to generate views and access Trip Plans that require updates.
This allows for the management of the Status at the Trip Plan or Trip Plan Segment levels.
Updated Process
Single Load Trip Plan: Once the Segment that contains the last leg of a Load and has a departure date and time, the Segment, Trip Plan, and Fleet Load Status all change to Pending Final.
Multi-Load Trip Plan: The Segments for the Load and the Fleet Load Status for the Load update to Pending Final once the final destination has a departure date and time. Once all Load Segments for the Trip Plan contain a departure date, the Trip Plan Status updates appropriately.
Views may be created to manage Dispatched and Pending Final Loads for ease of management.
Highway
Revenova is rolling out a productized integration with Highway, a Carrier onboarding and compliance platform. The solution serves as a competitor to RMIS or MCP.
The integration with Highway provides the ability to onboard new Carriers as well as continually monitor their entire Carrier network. Revenova customers can leverage this database to search Carriers, confirm safety scores, insurance certifications, Carrier Services, and organizational data. Though this integration, Revenova automates the creation of Accounts, Transportation Profiles, Contact records, and Bank Account records via an automated process. The integration allows our customers to perform the entire end to end onboarding process on platform without having to swivel to the Highway UI.
Search for Carriers in the Highway system by US DOT, MC Number, or SCAC and import them into the TMS. Carriers not already in the Highway system can be invited and imported into the TMS when they have completed the application process.

DAT
DAT is retiring their SOAP APIs and moving all of their APIs to REST. Revenova now has new DAT REST API endpoints that can be changed when ready to switch over to the new APIs. With the new REST API, set the contact method preference for your Load postings.
This enhancement requires coordination with DAT to make the switch. Once new credentials are established with DAT for the REST API, complete the setup in Revenova to switch when convenient.
Once the new DAT credentials are received, add them to the global DAT 2 credentials card.
Update individual user credentials to access the REST API endpoints. The bulk user credential upload provides the ability to add individual user credentials in one process. See information for mass importing credentials.
Each Authorized User DAT 2 credential card contains a Preferred Contact Method field. Select Email, Primary Phone, or Secondary Phone from the picklist to control the contact method on the Load Posting. The default value is Email.
Miscellaneous Enhancements
The Falvey Insurance integration has been updated to correctly capture the insurance certificate PDF returned from Falvey. If a custom flow was implemented in previous releases to retreive the insurance certificate, be sure to disable it. For more specific information on using this integration, please refer to the Installation Guide.
Corrected an issue preventing a Stop location from changing after creating a Load.
The RFP Banner file upload process provides more detailed error messaging when uploading files into the TMS.
Load Customer and Carrier Quotes, Invoices, and payment currency are re-calculated when the Load Expected Ship Date field changes to a new date.
Improvements to the WWEX Speedship integration allow for selecting 1 to many hazardous material line items. Hazardous material line items are updated to send as an object. All Load weights in kilograms are automatically converted to pounds.
Quoting with Project44 allows for requesting quotes in a preferred currency (USD, CAD, MXN, or EUR).
Enhancements for deleting joining tables when lookup records are deleted in the Manifest Builder LWC for Border Connect.
The FuelCardTransactionJob is replaced with the FuelCardJob.
PayIQ Enhancements
Enhancements to support Fleet Driver Pay in the Fleet Management Console. Driver Pay is now available within PayIQ allowing Drivers to be paid based on distance (Driver Log or Trip Plan), time (Driver Log), or customer quote/billing percentage.
Additionally, Driver pay may be estimated on the Trip Plan Segment and provide payment for actions on a Trip Plan Leg with Trip Plan Leg Accessorial charges.
