Overview

Release 7.12 Enhancements

Round-Trip Loads

Use the same Stop location multiple times on a single Load or within a Freight Plan. The same Account record may now be used more than once as a Load’s Stop location.

See Load, Stop, and Integration Support documentation for more specific information.

The new button (called out by the arrows above) opens a Move Stops modal during Load creation.

The arrow buttons allow for moving Stop locations in the route before the Load is created.

Create multiple Accepted Carrier/Vendor Quotes

The TMS supports accepting a Carrier quote with multiple Vendor quotes on the same Load. Create and manage Vendor quotes from the Vendor Quote Builder on the Freight Quote Assistant. Utilize a Carrier quote and multiple Vendor quotes for more precise control over pricing and invoicing Load charges.

Document Management

Create, manage, and send TMS documents with the new Document Generation LWC.

The Documents button in the Load header provides the ability to generate documents from any Load page.

Select the type of document to generate and confirm the information in a preview window.

Once documents are created, attach them to emails and send them to the appropriate contacts.

Document-specific tasks remain available on the Load Documents tab.

Inbound EDI 210 Matching

Updated Logic now includes matching on the PRO Number and Carrier.

The TMS offers improved EDI 210 Load Matching and the ability to manually match EDI 210 transactions to Loads with the new Unmatched EDI Transaction LWC.

See additional information 210 matching logic here.

Remove Carrier Modal Enhancements

The TMS offers more options to send email notifications and add accessorial charges when a Carrier is removed from a Load.

See more information on removing a Carrier from a Load here.

Improved Customer and Stop Filtering

The Default Country for Load Creation setting allows for selecting a default country when searching or creating Customer and Stop accounts. Leaving this field empty removes any filtering and provides account results regardless of country.

A setting in TMS Admin, Configuration allows for placing the Country picklist first in the series of fields when creating new Loads.

Limited Access Accessorial Charges

Provide more specific pricing for Stop locations with Limited Access Accessorial charges. Once configured, Limited Access Accessorial charges are available in a picklist on each Stop.

For information regarding setup and using Limited Access Accessorial charges, see documentation here.

TMS Integration Enhancements

WWEX Speedship Integration

The Revenova TMS features an integration with the WWEX Speedship API.

This integration provides the ability to:

  • Quote LTL loads with Freight, Fuel, and Accessorial Charges.

  • Track shipment updates.

New fields support returned insurance information including Insured Commodity Category, Third Party Insurance Information, and Third Party Insurance Certificate Number.
