The Load Emails feature is a related list on each Load. This list enables the User to automatically add email addresses to receive email communications in the Send Email Lightning Web Component (LWC).

Tip: Automate creating Load Email records with a Salesforce Flow or Apex class.
Create Load Email Records
Create new Load Email records to add recipients when sending emails as part of the Load life cycle. The New Load Email modal opens, and each Load Email record contains the following required fields:
Load: The Load record.
Document Options Actions: A multipicklist for which types of emails to automatically add the recipient. The values available to select are:
Carrier Quotation Request
Carrier Load Tender
Carrier Load Tender with Assignment
Carrier Load Status
Customer Load Confirm
Customer Invoice
Appointment Request
Email Recipient Type: The type of email recipient to automatically add. The values available to select are:
To
CC
BCC

Only one email field (Contact, User, or Email Address) can be populated for each Load Email record. While these fields are not required, at least one of these fields must be populated.
Warning: When creating a new Load Email record:
Entering multiple addresses (Contact, User, or Email Address) generates an error.
Blank values for Contact, User AND Email Address triggers an error.
Use Load Emails
Selecting the Request Carrier Status
button in the Carrier Banner LWC includes all applicable Load Email records.
Note: Load Email records are specific to a single Load. Bulk sending Carrier Load Status Requests or Customer Invoices with batch processes is not supported.
Load Email records are added to the To, CC, and BCC lines in the Send Email LWC.

Set up email templates in Document Options.
Caution: Customer Billings in the Accounting Seed package are not supported by the Load Email process.
