The Customer Guest is a Lightning Web Component (LWC) that allows shipment tracking after receiving a URL related to the Load record. Once received, the URL provides greater visibility throughout the Load lifecycle.
Customer Guest LWC
A link is typically sent by a customer service representative to provide updates on the Load’s location and expected date information. Once a link is received, search for the Load by entering the Load number in the Enter Load Number search bar.
A Trimble map with location updates appear as well as Pickup and Delivery Expected Dates.
