Overview

Load Options

The Load Options Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located in the Customer Portal. It allows users to view/send load documentation, clone loads, and access the Quote Wizard LWC with the load.

Configuration:

Additional load fields can be added with Load Field Set TMS23.

The documents section contains:

  1. The Bill of Lading tab retrieves one non-Carrier, non-signed BOL.

  2. The Proof of Delivery tab retrieves all applicable PODs (see Customer-Specific Invoice Attachments section).

  3. The Cargo Insurance Certificate tab contains a link to one insurance certificate (only Falvey certificates are currently supported).

The Bill of Lading and Proof of Delivery documents available in the tabs may be sent via email.

The component can only be used on the Load Detail page and must be configured as below:

The Record Id {!recordId} must be entered exactly. This value is case sensitive.

Enter the Customer Portal Builder and find the Load Options LWC. Choose the Show Cargo Insurance Certificate checkbox to add the tab.

Publish and activate the site when complete.
