Load Emails
The Load Emails feature is a related list on each load. This list provides the ability to add email addresses to load email communications. The Load Emails list is located on the load System tab above the Load History Viewer LWC. The related list may be added, moved, or removed from other pages as necessary.

Automate creating Load email records with a Salesforce Flow or Apex class.
A list of Load Email records is shown below.

Create new Load Email records to add recipients when sending outbound emails as part of the load lifecycle. Each Load Email record contains:
The Load record.
The outbound email types the record applies to (Document Options Action):
Carrier Quotation Request
Carrier Load Tender
Carrier Load Tender with Assignment
Carrier Load Status
Customer Load Confirm
Customer Invoice
The email address to add (Contact, User, or Email Address).
The line (To, CC, or BCC) to add the recipient to (Email Recipient Type).

For each Load Email record only one email field (Contact, User, or Email Address) can populated, but one is required.
When creating a new load email record:
Entering multiple addresses (Contact, User, or Email Address) triggers an error.
Blank values for Contact, User AND Email Address triggers an error.
Requesting the Carrier Load Status from the Carrier Banner LWC includes any of the applicable Load Email records.
Load Email records are specific to a single load. Bulk sending Carrier Load Status Requests or Customer Invoices with batch processes is not supported.
The Customer Quote Confirmation email in the Send Email LWC is shown below. Load Email records are added to the To, CC, and BCC lines.
