Quote Thresholds restrict finalizing a Load tender if the HU Count and Weight Line Items in the quote exceeds limits set by an internal administrator.

When a threshold value is exceeded, a Load cannot be tendered in the Customer Portal. Matching Carrier Quotes don’t appear, and the Quote Wizard LWC redirects back to the Finalize Load Details LWC.
An “exceeded parameters” message also displays at the top of the page, stating that the Load details should be reviewed. However, additional Load details can still be entered.
Load Entry References
Load Entry References are Load-related identifiers that can be entered into the Quote Wizard of the Load Tender Page.
In the Customer Portal, populate values for the Load Entry References, include additional references, and/or delete references. Required references can’t be deleted and require a value before tendering a Load.
