Pending Loads
The Pending Loads Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located in the Customer Portal. It allows Portal users to see their pending loads and may be added to any page. Load details can be accessed using the link or navigate to the Quote Wizard using the action column. Additional load fields can be added as columns to the table using Load Field Set TMS22. Loads must meet the following conditions appear on the LWC:
The customer matches the user’s contact Account Id field.
The Sales Status is pending.
The Load Status is unassigned, quotes requested, or quotes received.
