Customer Self-Service Portal Components

The Customer Self-Service Portal allows TMS Customers’ customers to perform the following self-service functions with the components listed below:

  • The Quote Wizard LWC allows creating, quoting, and tendering of LTL API Loads (using cost-plus pricing) and the creation of non-LTL loads (for later follow-up by a TMS user)

  • The Load Options LWC allows users to view documents (BOL, PODs, and Insurance Certificate), email documents, and clone loads.

  • The Pending Loads LWC allows users to see and access their pending loads.

  • The Load Tracking Log LWC allows users to see detailed load status at a stop-level of detail.

  • The CustomerMyInvoices Visualforce page allows allows users to view invoices and enter dispute information.

Email Loop Community components are designed to only display information when they detect a user or customer moving their mouse. This security feature prevents bots from accessing Email Loop community components.
