Load Tracking via API

Load tracking allows the TMS to receive tracking updates from the Load Tracking APIs. The TMS can also send tracking updates to the MacroPoint Load Tracking API.

Begin tracking a load by clicking the antenna button on the Carrier Banner. 

Controls to begin and end tracking sessions are located on the Load Tracking Administration LWC. Click the On and Off button to start and stop a tracking session. 

The Update Tracking button sends updated Carrier Tracking Number information for any active tracking sessions.

MacroPoint

Sending tracking updates to customers with the MacroPoint API requires additional setup. Each customer Transportation Profile requires a Tracking Customer ID. 

Turn on tracking updates from the Customer Banner.
