The Customer Banner Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located in the Summary tab on the default Load Lightning Record Page and displays customer information.

The fields displayed on the Customer Banner LWC can also be customized with field sets. From the Object Manager, add and/or remove fields from the Load TMS17 and Customer Quote TMS3 field sets. Custom field sets may be created that are mode-specific and will override the default fields in the field set (for example, TMS17 LTL).
Note: Users must have Read access to all fields in the Customer Banner.
The Customer Quote Status field determines the Load Sales Status field. The Sales Status appears as a pill on the Customer Banner. The following table shows the relationship between the fields.

Load Tracking
When the customer quote is accepted, the Won pill indicates the status on the Customer Banner LWC. Another pill is displayed when tracking updates are sent via EDI transactions.
Load tracking updates are sent to the customer via EDI 214 or with the MacroPoint integration. The load tracking antenna icon opens the Load Tracking Administration modal. Enable tracking with the On button. Manually send EDI 214 updates with the Send EDI 214 Update Now button.

Permissions and Field Visibility
The Customer Banner respects User object and field visibility settings. Users may add fields to field sets. However, only fields the User has Read access to are displayed in the Banner.
