There are specific email templates and community configuration text settings that can display to a guest user depending on the purpose of the guest page within the Email Loop.

Supported Fields
The following fields are guest user actions that help them interact with the Email Loop functionality:

To ensure email templates are connected to the most up-to-date links or buttons, update the URL links when updating or customizing email templates as applicable.

Access the Lightning Email Templates by navigating to the App Launcher → Email Templates. The email templates in the following table are the TMS Default Email Templates:
