On the CustomerMyInvoices Visualforce Page (VFP), view and search invoices as well as create disputes for invoices. The My Invoices page in the Customer Portal provides additional billing visibility regarding a Load.

My Invoices Page
View attached invoices on the My Invoices page. The following fields are present related to the invoice details:
Field Name | Field Description |

Invoice Number | The number associated to the Invoice created in the TMS. This ID can also be viewed/confirmed by navigating to the Load LRP → Quotes/Invoices tab. |
Load Number | The number associated with the Load. |
Origin | The customer name for the first Stop on the Load. |
Destination | The customer name for the end Stop on the Load. |
Invoice Date | The date the invoice was generated. |
Invoice Due Date | The future date the invoice is due. |
Invoice Total | The amount charged to the customer on the Customer Quote. |
Paid Amount | The amount previously paid on the invoice. |
Invoice Status | The payment status of the invoice. Options include:

View | The attached PDF of the invoice. |
Dispute | Includes a Create link, where invoice disputes can be submitted. |
Dispute an Invoice
Dispute invoices in the My Invoices page. Enter the following two (2) fields to submit a dispute:

Pricing
Damaged Load
Late Load
Lost Load
Other
Dispute Detail
Include additional context in the Dispute Detail field to explain why the invoice is being disputed.

After all details are entered, click Save. A yellow box appears that confirms the dispute information was saved. Additionally, under the Dispute field, the link changes from Create to Opened. Click the Opened link to view the dispute.
