Release 7.11 Enhancements

TMS Enhancements

Automatically create Customer and Carrier Quotes on Load Creation 

The new global setting, Enable Save & Rate for Load Creation, allows users to create or clone a load and retrieve stored rates/rate entries without the need to open the Freight Quote Assistant (FQA). This feature can also be used for loads created via EDI.

‘Auto-apply’ Accessorial and rate to the Load using Rate Entries 

A new field is available for Accessorial only Rate Entries, Auto-Apply. When this field is set, the accessorial is automatically added and calculated on the Load and Customer or Carrier Quote. Like any other Rate Entry, the Accessorial only Rate Entry can be set per Mode and Lane. This enhancement supports the SMC3 integration and manually created rates/quotes. 

  • Set the Auto-Apply Accessorial Rating Source on the Transportation Profile to determine which accessorial only rate entries can be used, Customer + Global Rates or Customer Rates Only.

Add additional email recipients with Load Emails 

On a per-load basis, the Contacts, Users, or Email Addresses set in Load Emails are added as recipients on outbound Load emails. Users will be able to add To, CC, and BCC email recipients to:

  • Carrier RFQs

  • Carrier Tenders/Assignments

  • Carrier Status Requests (only single requests, not bulk)

  • Customer Load Confirmations

  • Customer Invoices (only single requests, not bulk) communication emails.

Load Tracking Enhancements 

  • MacroPoint and Trucker Tools inbound load updates have been moved from batch jobs to Platform Events.

  • TMS now supports the MacroPoint ‘Shipper Method’ allows you to start a tracking session without Driver Phone, Tractor Number, or Container/Trailer Number.

  • New Tracking Information Banners are read-only sections in the Load Tracking Administration Modal that display Load and Transportation Profile fields (customer and carrier).

  • New default tracking settings in TMS Admin Configuration, Load Tracking Update Interval and Load Tracking Duration (MacroPoint only)

    • Load Tracking Update Interval: update interval for a tracking session, how often to get a load update

    • Load Tracking Duration: total time to track a load, how long the load is tracked

  • New customer default tracking settings on the Transportation Profile, Tracking Update Email List and Tracking Notes (MacroPoint only)

    • Tracking Notes custom notes that are displayed in the MacroPoint web interface > Control Tower and notification emails at the order level.

    • Tracking Update Email List provides the ability to assign multiple email address to a specific order for email notifications to be delivered.

  • Project44 Truckload tracking LoadId, Customer, and Carrier Sales Rep attribute ‘predefined’ is set to true. This allows you to filter the Live Loads list in the Project44 web interface by LoadID, Customer, and/or Carrier Sales Rep.

Falvey Insurance Integration Enhancements 

  • The TMS now calls the latest Falvey API and retrieves cargo insurance policy documents as URLs instead of .PDFs.

  • Automatically price and authorize cargo insurance from Falvey.

  • New Load field set TMS36 to control which fields are available in the Insurance LWC.

  • Provide an additional 10% of cargo insurance for loads with the new Insurance Buffer Percentage field in TMS Admin Configuration.

  • Create custom Apex classes with the Override Insured Amount Class and Override Total Insurance Premium Class fields in TMS Admin Configuration.

Create an EPayment with or without a Recipient Contact

The new User setting in ePayment Administration, Recipient Required, allows the ability to issue ePayments with or without entering a Contact as the Recipient.

Update User Credentials component 

The new component, Update User Credentials, gives users the ability to update their user-specific credentials for the following API integrations:

  • Truckstop Load Posting

  • TransCore

Mass Import User Credentials

Using the new Mass Import feature in TMS Admin → Credentials, you can upload user-specific credentials for the following API integrations:

  • DAT

  • Truckstop Load Posting

  • Truckstop Truck Search

  • TruckStop Rates

  • TransCore

LaneIQ Network - Centralized, Anonymized Carrier Spot Rate API

LaneIQ Network is a cloud-based data repository of spot market pricing and offered as an opt-in solution to all Revenova customers. This pricing data can be viewed within RateIQ.

  • The database is anonymized so carrier information is not available to subscribers. Spot carrier quotes flow into the database along with key attributes of the associated load.

Miscellaneous Enhancements

  • The Recurring Load Schedules link in TMS Admin now redirects to the standard Recurring Load Schedules list view.

  • For the TMS Admin > Configuration setting, EDI Shipment, the length of the field has been increased from 18 to 50.

  • Increased number of days to keep HubTran document fingerprint data (now 200 days) to prevent duplicate documents from being saved to a Load.

  • Driver Assignment Status, Driver Name, and Schedule Status have been added to Load field set TMS5, which is used to display additional fields in the Stop status section of the Stop detail component.

  • All SmartyStreets references in the TMS and product documentation have been removed. This API integration is no longer supported.

  • Two field set descriptions have been updated as they are not currently used: Carrier Quote TMS2 and Load TMS3. 

  • When the Refresh Credit button is used on the Transportation Profile, the calculation will override Sharing Settings to get accurate results.

  • The ePayment Lightning Web Component is now accessible via the Salesforce mobile app.

  • Help Text has been added to the Tender Email modal - “To remove any unwanted text in this email, use the "Cut" function. Avoid using the delete or backspace keys, as they will clear the entire email.”

  • Updated LoadLink API test URL to https://azuatfmintegration.loadlink.ca/

  • A new Pub/Sub accounting integration is now supported.
