Customer Portal Queue
The Review Before Tender field is located on to the User record. When Checked, Customer Portal users have LTL tenders modified in the following ways.
The Load is not tendered.
The selected Carrier quote is Accepted (LTL only).
The Review Before Tender field on the Load is checked.
The Review Before Tender Message is displayed to the user.
If insurance was requested:
The Insurance Policy Status field on the load is set to Authorized.
The Insurance Policy Status as of field on the Load is blank.
The user is no longer be able to access the Load with the Quote Wizard. An internal user must tender the Load and authorize the insurance, if applicable. Custom flows and triggers may be used based on the Review Before Tender field on the Load to set notifications or queues.
Configure the Review Before Tender Message displayed to the user from TMS Admin → Configuration in the Customer Portal Configuration section.
