TMS Summer ‘25 Release Patch Information

Dispatching a Trip Plan with the Samsara integration sends the Account ELD value when available to Samsara to prevent creating unique locations within the Samsara environment.
An issue was corrected where a value was preventing the creation of Carrier Quotes from the Project44 integration. Additional enhancements prevent Carrier Quotes from bypassing filter settings in the TMS.
The Fleet Management Console is enhanced to allow adding custom fields to grids in the Fleet Management Console.
Corrects an issue with the Last Reported Location field and the State & Country picklist values in the Load History component.
Corrects an issue with the Authorization header when sending EDI 210 transactions via Cleo or custom EDI implementations.
Vendor Quotes are excluded from the Sales Quote History component of LaneIQ. Vendor Quotes contain the Service Type field set as Vendor.
Updates several filter and search functions in the Fleet Management Console.

Carrier Markups are enhanced to better support Carrier quotes with $0 freight charges, particularly from API quoting partners.
Corrects an issue when cloned Loads were not correctly accounted for in the Transportation Profile A/R Unbilled field.
Fleet Management Console Load views are enhanced for searching by Origin and Destination when Zone searching.

Enhancements to the Project44 integration provide support for 3PL quotes returned from Project44.
- Check the Include Unique 3PL Quotes to show all unique quotes returned from Project44.
- When Include Unique 3PL Quotes is not Checked, the Vendor field is not included in the Carrier Quote fingerprint. If several Carrier Quotes return from Project44 with identical Carrier Quote fingerprints (no Vendor fields), the lowest cost Carrier Quote is selected.
Fleet Asset time zones account for variances between the Catena and Trimble integrations to provide consistent time zones across the integrations.

The Carrier Application process was enhanced to allow for completed Carrier packets to successfully insert into the TMS. Previously, large files failed to insert.
Enhancements to the CustomerInvoiceGenerationJob allow for increased processing of invoices that previously generated a SOQL query error.
Enhancements to the Catena integration prevents sending the Driver Password field to Catena each time Fleet Management Job 2 runs. This prevents Drivers from having to reset their password repeatedly.
Timestamps sent to the Trimble integration are in the 24-hour format.

Multiple enhancements to the Samsara and Trimble integrations corrects issues that prevented Fleet Asset locations from updating correctly. This error occurred when Trip Plans were in a Completed status attempting to update the status to Trimble. Fleet Asset locations also update correctly when the Driver does not have an associated Driver Assignment.
Updates to the Trimble integration send correct Arrival and Departure Date/Times when manually setting Trip Plan Legs. Geolocation updates are also sent to Trimble in the 24-hour format.

When the TMS calls the DAT integration to return current market rates, a check is made to determine which set of credentials to include. This check prevents DAT from returning a 403 error when requesting rates.

An issue is corrected when the LoadPricingWorkbenchExportJob attempted to retrieve Carrier Quotes with the Banyan integration and failed without alerting the user. Both the initial Quote request to Banyan and the error handling emails are corrected.
Freight Plan Carrier Load quoting is supported when returning rates from the Banyan integration. If the Carrier API Login Group field has no value or there is no customer on the Load, the Global Transportation Profile is used to determine the Carrier API Login Group value.
The LoadAndTruckPostingManagementJob2 is corrected to send a failure email for each Load Posting that fails in a batch.
Corrects an issue where user Truckstop credentials were unauthenticated and required re-authenticating.
Multiple integrations are updated to account for the appropriate week and year formatting.

Updates the Pay Estimation logic to apply Trip Plan filtering for “Pay off Load” PayIQ Programs.
The Transaction Date is an editable field allowing for entering a tentative Transaction Date in the future.

Corrects an issue where Pay Adjustments created for Pay Advances were incorrectly applied to Pay Periods.
- It may be necessary to increase the batch size for the Generate Adjustments job for users that rely heavily on using Pay Advances with financial changes after Pay Approval for a given Pay Period.
Corrects an issue when more than 200 PayIQ Program queries were preventing Pay Estimates from generating.
