Line Item Detail Component

The Line Item Detail Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located on the Load tab and in the Customer Portal where customers create loads. Enter Line Item information or use the Commodity Search features to populate the Line Item fields from data on commodities.

The Line Item Detail LWC contains two child LWCs, the Commodity Quick Search LWC and Commodity Enhanced Search LWC.

Fields (like Linear Feet and/or Density) may be added to the Line Item TMS1 and TMS6 field sets and render as read-only. The Line Item Detail LWC automatically computes and renders the values in these fields when enough information is provided to compute these.

The following fields are required fields to compute the linear feet and density for the Load.

  • Weight

  • HU Count

  • Length

  • Width

  • Height

Stackable and Turnable fields can also impact the Linear Feet calculation.

Additional line items may be added by clicking the "plus" button below the first line item.

Line Item Field Set TMS7

Additional fields may be added to the Field Set TMS7 on the Line Item object to render on the Quick Entry for line items as part of the load configuration.

Click Detail Entry on the Stop banner to display the expanded Line Item Detail entry with additional fields.

Check the HazMat field on the Line Item to display the HazMat Routing field selection. This field allows for more precise routing with the PC Miler integration and is displayed on the Load Map component.
