View and manage containers in the TMS from the Container Console.

Container Console
The Container Console Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located on the container console page. Search for the Container Console in the App Launcher and select it. View, manage, and edit container information from the Console similar to a list view. Users can configure and save views with specific field information displayed.
Complete the following tasks in the Container Console.
Create views for managing containers.
Control which Users may see the list with the public and private view settings.
View container records based on User Load ownership.
Edit Container field values.
Export container field values to a .CSV file.
Some Container field values are typically set when creating a Load with a container-supported Mode. Many Container field values are updated as the container is moved from origin to destination by the OpenTrack or Project44 container tracking integrations.
Banner Buttons
Manage filters with the buttons in the banner at the top-right of the Container Console LWC.
Select an existing filter with the filter selection
drop-down.Click the Filter
button to display filter criteria and field selection.Choose the Add Filter
button to create new filters.Click the Save Filter
button to save the filter and field selections.Return to the Console and discard an unsaved filter with the Cancel

Console Views
Create Container Console views for managing containers. Follow the steps below to create and save a view.
Enter a Name for the view.
Choose the Visibility setting for the view.
Public views are available to anyone with permissions to the relevant container objects and fields.
Private views are only available to the user performing actions in the Container Console.
Select the Filter by Owner value to further limit the containers that appear in the Console view.
All Containers does not limit container records based on the Load record owner.
My Containers limits container records to those associated with Load records owned by the user performing actions in the Container Console.
Check the Default Filter field to select the view when navigating to the Container Console.
Click the Add
button in the Fields to Display section to include a field in the view. Select a Container field from the dropdown to display it in the view.
Repeat as necessary to view all desired container fields.
The Container Console is limited to only display 11 fields plus the selection Checkbox.
Orgs using the OpenTrack integration include additional functionality for viewing and managing Container Events.
The Project44 container tracking integration does not populate Container Event fields. If tracking containers with Project44, do not add Container Event fields to the Console.
Repeat Step 5 and click the Add
button in the Events to Display section to include a Container Events field in the view. Select a Container Events field from the dropdown to display it in the view.
Repeat as necessary to view all desired Container Events fields.
The Container Console is limited to only display 11 fields plus the selection Checkbox.
Optionally include additional view filtering by clicking the Add
button in the Filter Criteria section to add fields for filtering the view. Both Container and Load fields may be selected for further filtering.
Choose the operator type for evaluating the filter field.
Values include: equals, not equal to, less than, greater than, less or equal, greater or equal, contains, does not contain, starts with.
Enter a value for the field type.
For example, if filtering based on the Load Driver field, search for the Contact record for the Driver.
Add additional field values to expand or further refine the containers to display.
When multiple Filter Criteria are included, each filter operator behaves as an AND function.

The Container Console operates like a list view, allowing users to select and update multiple Containers or Container Events at once.
Container Updates
Check the containers to update using the boxes on the left.
Click the Edit
button for the field to update.Update the value as necessary.
Update all selected Container records and Check Update [n] selected items.
Click Save to update field values or Cancel to discard the changes.

Container Event Updates
Check the containers to update using the boxes on the left.
Click the Edit
button for the field to update.Enter the Event Date value.
Enter the Event Time value.
Select the Timezone for the Container Event.
Check Update [n] selected items to update all selected Container records with the Container Event.
Click Save to update field values or Cancel to discard the changes.
