Organization Logo Setup and Validation

Organization logos can be uploaded within the TMS, promoting brand awareness and company personalization. Upload and manage organization logos in the Document Options General Info section and in the Asset Library.

Note: A logged-in user must complete these steps. This process can’t be completed via Subscriber mode.

Upload Logo in Document Options

  1. Navigate to TMS Admin.

  2. Select Document Options.

  3. Select the appropriate Document Options record.

  4. Locate the Document Logo field.

  5. Click Choose File.

  6. Upload the logo file.

  7. Click Save.

After saving, the logo is visible on the Document Options record.

Add Logo to Asset Library

  1. Open the App Launcher.

  2. Search for and select Files.

  3. Go to Libraries.

  4. Select Asset Library.

  5. Click Add Files.

  6. Select Owned by Me.

  7. Search for the file name. Manually enter the file name into the search bar and click Enter.

    1. In this example, the file name is Document_Logo.

  8. Select the file and click Add (1).

Share the Asset

  1. In Libraries, navigate back to the Asset Library.

  2. Locate the file.

    1. In this example, the file name is Document_Logo.

  3. Click the drop-down arrow (caret) on the file.

  4. Select Share.

  5. In the Share modal, select the following options:

    1. For Who Can Access, select the appropriate Document Options name (e.g., Global Defaults).

    2. Enable Customer Access.

  6. Click Done.

Validate Logo Renders on Documents

  1. Create a Load.

  2. Navigate to the Documents button in the right-hand corner of the Load LWC.

  3. Generate the Bill of Lading (BOL).

  4. If not already collapsed, click the drop-down arrow (caret) next to Preview to view the document.

  5. Confirm the uploaded logo appears correctly on the document.
