Carrier Management/Load Status

  1. Expiration Check Policy Types

    1. Select the insurance policies that are checked for expiration before tendering a Load to a Carrier.

  2. Policy Expiration Lead Time (Days)

    1. The number of days before a Carrier Insurance Policy expires making the Carrier ineligible for tendering.

  3. Carrier Status Reply To User

    1. Defines which user’s email address is the reply to email for Load status emails to Carriers.

  4. Carrier Status Reply To Email

    1. If a Carrier replies to a Carrier status email (instead of clicking on the embedded link), the reply is sent to this email address. (If Carrier Status Reply To User is set to Email.)

  5. Carrier Status BCC User

    1. If Checked, the user is included as a BCC recipient on individually-sent Carrier status emails.

  6. Carrier Monitor Email

    1. Defines which user’s email address receives status emails sent via the CarrierMonitorJob batch process.

  7. Carrier Monitor Last Run

    1. The date and time the Carrier Monitor job last ran.

  8. Carrier Monitor Run Frequency (Mins)

    1. Set the amount of time to run the CarrierMonitorRMISJob batch process. This only applies to the RMIS integration.

  9. Load Status Start Time, Load Status Email Frequency (Hrs), and Load Status API Frequency (Hrs)

    1. Determines how often the Load Status job runs by email and API update type.  

    2. This job requests the status of assigned, dispatched, and in-transit loads based on the preferred communication method with the Carrier (service).  

    3. API status loads are pinged for 5 days after delivery to capture any available POD images.

  10. MCP Packet Completion Email

    1. If Checked, an email is sent to the email address of the user when an invited Carrier completes a packet. This only applies to the MyCarrierPackets integration.
