The RFP Banner Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located on the RFP page layout.
Bulk import Lane and Rate Entry data into the TMS via .CSV file with the RFP Banner. Choose Upload Rate Entries or Upload Loads depending on the information to enter into the TMS. The Pricing Workbench button opens the Pricing Workbench page containing filters set to receive Carrier quotes for configured Carriers.
The RFP Banner does not support special characters in .CSV files. Save the file as a CSV UTF-8 type to prevent issues with special characters. An error is presented when special characters are included in the file.
The .CSV file containing Rate Entries also includes Lane information. If a Lane record does not exist, the TMS creates Lane records during the rate entry upload process.
Rate Entry Upload files are limited to 6 MB in size (approximately 10,000 rows). Larger files generate the following error:

When uploading rate entries for API-based rate methods (such as SMC3), the RateEntryUploadJob requires valid credentials on the Carrier Service record. See the Carrier Service article for setting up services to use API rates. If the Carrier Service is not configured properly the following error email is sent by the TMS.
