Load List View

Users can perform bulk actions on several Loads at once from the Load list view. For Salesforce-specific functionality, refer to their documentation on list views.

From the Navigation bar, select the Loads item to view the Load list view. Refer to the Salesforce documentation on personalizing the Navigation Bar for more information.

Packaged List Views

From the drop-down, select from the packaged Load list views. Use the Pin button to set the default list view.

Bulk Actions

The bulk actions that can be applied to selected Loads are located in the header buttons of the Load list view, including actions in the drop-down button.

Check the box next to each Load record to perform a bulk action for those Loads.

Use the following action buttons to accomplish Load tasks:

• New: Navigates the user to the Load Configuration Lightning Web Component (LWC) to create a new Load.

• Change Owner: Transfer the selected Load records to another owner.

• Import: Add new or update existing Load records in bulk with the Data Import Wizard.

• Assign Label: Add new or existing personal labels to the selected Load records.

• Freight Plan: Add the selected Loads to a Freight Plan.

  Caution: Salesforce limits list view record selections to 200 at one time. Selecting Loads to view in the Freight Plan Console is limited by other factors:

  • Orgs with 100,000 to 999,999 Load records may select up to 200 records.

  • Orgs with 1,000,000 or more Load records may only select approximately 192 Loads.

• Post: Post the selected Loads to Load Boards.

• Unpost: Unpost the selected Loads from Load Boards.

• Tender: Tender the selected Loads to a Carrier.

  Note: Bulk tendering Loads to carriers require all applicable Loads to have the either the following:

  • A Carrier Quote that is Accepted.

  • If there isn’t an accepted Carrier Quote, then only one available Carrier Quote associated with the Load.

• Carrier Status: Request a status update from each carrier for the selected Loads with an assigned carrier.

• EDI Accept/Decline: Accept or Decline EDI 990 (Outbound) Tender Responses for the selected Loads.

  • Outbound 990 Transactions are queued for retrieval by the partner VAN.

• EDI Status: Send or resend EDI 214 (Outbound) Load Status for the selected Loads.

  • Outbound 214 Transactions are queued for retrieval by the partner VAN.

Locked Loads

To view which Loads are locked with a Load Lock, select the List View Controls button for a list view and choose the Select Fields to Display option.

Search for and select the Locked field from the Available Fields to Visible Fields. Select Save.
