FreightWaves TRAC calculates spot rates by collecting data from contributors to provide daily booking date based data on near real-time rate information for thousands of unique loads. This data is used to provide the relative negotiating strength for a Load. Rates provided in this endpoint are defined by a variety of parameters including: equipment types, Modes (Van and Reefer), aggregation methods, and more to give clients as much insight into the data as possible. Rate data is updated daily. The two components in the TMS that feature the FreightWaves integration are the Lane Conditions Lightning Web Component and the RateIQ Rate Calculation Rules Lightning Web Component.
