Overview

Service Level records provide the ability to request non-standard service from LTL Carriers. Add a Service Level to Rate Entries for API-specific codes for Service Levels, see the documentation for that specific integration.

Setup

Create new or edit existing Service Level records by clicking the Service Levels link in TMS Admin. Service Level records are located on the following Visual Force page.

Do not change the name of generic Service Levels as some Carrier API integrations depend on these names.

Create New Service Level Records

Click the New Service Level button to open the New Service Level modal.

Add an API Service Level record to the new Service Level.

  1. Enter a name for the record and click Save.

  2. Select the Related tab to view the API Service Level associated with the Service Level record.

  3. Click New to add an API Service Level.

  4. Select the API Provider from the picklist.

  5. The Code field is provided by the API Provider. Consult the API Provider documentation for appropriate codes.

  6. Click Save when finished or Save & New to create additional API Service Levels.

The banner on Service Level records includes options to Edit or Clone the Service Level.
