If a customer wants to exclude one or more carriers from consideration for quotes and tenders, add the carrier to the Carrier Exclusions related list in the Customer Transportation Profile.
Create these carrier exclusions on the Customer Transportation Profile in the Carrier Exclusions related list.
Create a Carrier Exclusion
Select the New button to open the New Carrier Exclusion modal.
If the Carrier Service, Lane, or Location fields are blank, then the carrier is excluded for all carrier services, lanes, and locations.
Carriers that match all populated fields in the Carrier Exclusion record are not included in the Freight Quote Assistant or any rate-generated Carrier Quotes.
