In TMS Admin → Configuration, configure specific settings for naming and locking Loads.
Load Name Setup
These fields define the format and start number for the load name field (Load Number).
Load Locking
Use the following fields to configure the settings for the Load Locking feature:
Enable Operations Load Locking: When checked, Loads can only be tendered to carriers by the User holding the Load Lock or if the Load is unlocked.
Load Locking Hold Time: The number of minutes a User can hold onto a Load Lock before it is released.
