When customers need to provide or update an API Integration Partner webhook, follow the appropriate format and instructions below for proper implementation.

The Salesforce-generated API Community URL is case sensitive.
Value Retrieval Instructions
To retrieve the values for API Site URL, 18-Character ORG ID, or Credentials Code field, follow the steps below.
API Site URL: From Setup → All Sites → copy/paste the API Site URL | ||
18-Character ORG Id: From Dev Console → Type “Select ID from Organization” within Query editor tab at the bottom > click Execute → Copy/paste the 18-character ORG Id | ||
Credentials Code field: From TMS Admin → Credentials → select the respective API Partner → copy/paste the Code value |
