Customer Self-Service Portal
The Customer Self-Service Portal allows TMS Customers’ customers to perform the following self-service functions with the components listed below:
The Quote Wizard LWC allows creating, quoting, and tendering of LTL API Loads (using cost-plus pricing) and the creation of non-LTL loads (for later follow-up by a TMS user)
The Load Options LWC allows users to view documents (BOL, PODs, and Insurance Certificate), email documents, and clone loads.
The Pending Loads LWC allows users to see and access their pending loads.
The Load Tracking Log LWC allows users to see detailed load status at a stop-level of detail.
The CustomerMyInvoices Visualforce page allows allows users to view invoices and enter dispute information.
