Load History Viewer
The Load History Viewer Lightning Web Component (LWC) is located on the System tab of the Load Detail page layout. The LWC displays the field history for all records related to that Load and displays the information in a list. Any changes to the fields listed below appears in the LWC as an audit trail.
Field History Tracking must be enabled for the appropriate fields.
The objects included in the Load History Viewer LWC include:
Carrier Quote - Accepted quote for the load
Carrier Quote Accessorial
Claim
Container
Customer Quote - Accepted quote for the load
Customer Quote Accessorial
Customer Quote Tax
Line Item
Load
Load Accessorial
Stop
The LWC allows filtering the history by object type, as well as by date range.
