Troubleshooting

Enabling Dated Exchange Rates but NOT Advanced Currency Management can cause issues in the Freight Quote Assistant. The TMS looks for Dated Exchange Rates but they are not activated with Advanced Currency Management. These two settings must be used together. In the following example, accessorials do not show up in the Pricing Summary section of the customer quote. Accessorials are added and saved and the line is momentarily populated in the Pricing Summary, but then is removed.

From Setup, search for and select Manage Currencies. Advanced Currency Management was not enabled. Enable it.

From TMS Admin, Configuration confirm that Use Dated Exchange Rates is enabled (checked). The Freight Quote Assistant was looking for the Dated Exchange Rate, but it was not activated in Setup.

When the currency settings are configured properly, the accessorial charges are present in the Pricing Summary section of the customer quote.
