Load Image Compressor
The Load Image Compressor Lightning Web Component LWC is located on the load page layout under the Documents tab, Files sub-tab.
The Compressor will reduce the size of image files to avoid maximum field size limitations. This prevents large images from generating extra pages on customer invoice files.
To compress image files:
Navigate to the Files & Attachments section
Click the Invoice Attachments button
Select the images by checking the individual boxes or bulk select
The status will update as the process completes for each file. Once complete, the compressed file sizes will display. Note the file size and the completion status in the bottom left corner.
